Music Academy
Domenic’s Music Academy has been providing musical education in Ottawa and the surrounding area for the past 40 years. Our Kanata location has been thriving for the better part of 16 years. Now with 20 teachers we have reached the momentous goal of teaching 450 students weekly. Our academy offers instruction in the following areas:

OUR TEACHERS
Our highly qualified instructors are capable of teaching all styles of music through a multitude of different teaching methods.
So for those looking to be the next great composer or those who just wish to play as a hobby, we can tailor the lesson to your needs using world-renowned materials such as the Royal Conservatory method or using
simple-to-learn tools like tablature for guitar...more

OUR STUDENTS
Students of the Academy are encouraged to take part in our annual Year End Concert; as well as other competitions and events such as the nation wide Kiwanis Music Festival, Kanata’s Canada Day celebrations and Ottawa’s Super-Ex. We also encourage our students to form bands, duets, combos and ensembles so we can teach them the dynamics of band structure.

All students of Domenic’s Music Academy will receive a 10% student discount card upon registration. All private lessons are based on a half hour. Forty-five minute, hour and group lessons are available upon request.

We have also introduced the world famous Yamaha Music Courses.
